Casey Prostinak is a Vice President at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate, specializing in office, industrial and investment property in the Northern Nevada market. His deep understanding of multi-tenant investments, GSA leased investments, STNL investments and leasing strategies has solidified his standing as a trusted advisor to his clients.

Previously, he was a Senior Advisor with SVN who focused on occupancy and investment solutions for commercial property, where he developed a strong skillset as an advisor to his commercial real estate clients. Prior to his career in brokerage, Casey worked for various startup companies advocating early-stage business development and growth, as well as a real estate technology company.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.


As a Reno/Tahoe native, Casey takes advantage of the unique attributes of living and working in the vast Northern Nevada market by spending his free time skiing, mountain biking, wakeboarding and cliff jumping.

Landon Gonzalez is a Vice President at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate and works with many national, regional, and local clients within the Northern Nevada office market.


Landon Gonzalez was most recently with Colliers Reno, where he spent six years honing his commercial real estate experience and achieved the title of Vice President, a designation awarded to brokers with consistently high transaction volumes. He is a member of NAIOP (National Association for Industrial Office Parks), and has a proven background in successfully advising sellers, investors, landlords and tenants. Landon received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.

As a native Nevadan, Landon enjoys the quality of life and recreation that Northern Nevada offers to his family. Taking part in the improvement and growth of the region is what drives his commitment to the profession and industry.
